Because the chipset of PC is conflict with the chipset in our mainboard after install the USB driver , some of the customer may find Yellow triangle , and it will show ERROR CODE 41 . Following please check the dialogue to show the problem :
Solution : you only need download the latest USB driver from our website ( click here to download ) . Following please check the install interface . After install the new USB driver , you could use the machine normally !
Connect cutter and PC with USB cable. Shown as following, click USB CUTTER COM then click INSTALL and install USB driver.
When installing the USB driver, the following dialogue will appears.
When installation is successful, it will show the following dialogue:

Now connect the USB lead to the cutter and computer
Click Next it will show as following:
Click Continue, it will show as following and the installation is complete.
